New Here?
Welcome to Oliver Green D Ring Belts! We've added some key fobs too!
If you've never been here before, allow me to introduce myself- I am Sandra Oles, creator, designer and "hand maker" of oliver green d ring belts! Here I am in Rowayton, CT at the River Ramble with a few hundred of my famous belts!

Here is my living room when I am in the middle of planning my golf pro shop line for Spring 2012 while preparing a large order for Beval Saddlery's Mobile Rig that travels up and down the eastern seaboard to all the biggest and best horse shows! Quite a spectacle of color and creation.
I began my cottage industry company in 2006, after I realized that most fabric belts, while pretty, were purely meant for decorative purposes. By that I mean they looked attractive, but rarely stayed tight upon movement. I found myself walking down the street one day with a fabric belt and looked down to find it had completely undone and both ends were hanging open! I knew I loved the look and feel of a fabric belt--but the quality just wasn't there.
I then set off on a journey to create the perfect fabric belt. Perfect to me meant:
It will perform the way a belt should- stay tight, hold my pants up, and look great! I wanted it to be light weight, as I didn't want to be aware of my belt every moment I wore it. I didn't want a clunky buckle to stick out should I decide to wear an untucked shirt. I didn't want to know I had a belt on at all--but I wanted it to make a statement. I wanted to add some color to my look as I mainly wear solid tops. I wanted my look to be finished, polished, and smart.
After a couple months of trying out different weight webbings, D Rings, and fabric, glues, and bonds, I finally perfected a quality, sturdy and pretty belt! I wore the same one daily for 1 month to ensure that it would hold up and wear well. It did! I wanted to provide for people a great alternative to the classic ribbon belt which typically slides and loosens upon movement, lastly, I know I wanted to provide a variety of fabrics that wouldn't pigeon- hole one style set. I tend to waver back and forth between urban, preppy, bohemian and edgy. I needed to provide people with choice, quality and function.
I have a very loyal customer base and my belts are favored by fashionistas, vegans, equestrians and golfers! Why, because they are animal free, and perform! They are machine washable, air dry, and expect a tiny bit of shrinkage since they are 100% cotton, and look great on the links and with horse show riding apparel! They are carried in equestrian shops, country club and golf club proshops and my wholesale business will grow into better boutiques. They are affordable, sturdy and stand up to even the hardest of wear. They lay flat right away--no stiff tail poking out needing to be worn in. Many of my customers own as many as 20 because they cannot resist the fabric prints!

I am proud to say that oliver green is the choice of many residents of Westchester and Fairfield County! My belts can also be seen on the equestrian scene at the biggest horse shows up and down the east coast, and on golf courses as well. Many Manhattanites also wear my belts around the city and to events for a surprise accessory with couture attire! Peter Davis, Editor of Paper Magazine, loves my belts and wrote about them-- so exciting because he is a fashion icon socialite about the BIG CITY OF NEW YORK! He knows how to make a statement!

I hope you take a moment to look at all my prints and realize all the hard work that goes into them! They make great gifts for everyone. My customer knows no age bounds- they range from 5 years old all the way up to 90 years old! I have sold a few to the family matriarch behind the New York Times!

I use many fabrics designed by the famous Jennifer Paganelli. Here is a photo from her holiday home sale, Dec. 2012!

If you see something and it doesn't come in your size, let me know, and I just might be able to custom-make it for you if the fabric is still available! The great thing is my belts are exclusive. Mass quantities are not manufactured, so you won't see everyone and their mother walking down in the street in your chosen belt! The fabrics are only available for a limited amount of time. And yes, they are unisex, and it all depends on your comfort level of asserting your own style! Be confident and aggressive with your belt.
Yours truly,
Sandra Oles
